Meeting on Thursday) CSCMP Member Discounts Cancel/Refund Policy The Dallas/Fort Worth Roundtable Cancellation/Refund Policy differs according to the event type. Please read the cancellation and refund policy below according to the type of event you are attending. Dinner Meetings and Tours Cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours before the event starts. If you have paid in advance and your cancellation is received no later than 72 hours before the event starts, the Dallas/Fort Worth Roundtable will provide a full refund. Cancellations and Refunds after the event starts will not be allowed and you will forfeit any payment made. Special Events & Seminars Cancellation policies for these event will vary by event and will be determined by guarantee policies of the venue that the event is held. Please specific policies for these events. Processing a Cancellation/Refund Please send the cancellation message to our Treasurer or President requesting a refund prior to the cancellation deadline. |
